Roasted Red Beets

Peel as many beets as you’d like.

Place individually in aluminum foil.

You can add a dash of sea salt and olive oil, or just wrap up.

Place on cookie sheet in pre-heated oven on 350 degree.

Bake for an hour or until tender.

Serve hot or cold.

They are delicious!!!
